Do you offer revisions?

Yes, we value your input. DesignChic provides a set number of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final design.

How many design requests can I make when I buy a subscription?

A design subscription gives you unlimited revisions and unlimited design requests. However, you can only order 1-2 designs at once

Can I get a refund if I don't like my designs?

We do not no issue refunds for services already rendered but we offer as many revisions as you may require, if you have a subscription. 

Can I reopen a project that has been closed?

Yes, you can. If you need more work done on a completed project, we simply move it back into your backlog.
